1. Our users using Google 2FA (Authenticator) can log in without any problems. You may be experiencing synchronization problems due to the time zone in your country.

2. If your phone's operating system is outdated and Istanbul does not show GMT+3 as the time zone, select a country from the GMT+3 time zone (Russia, Kuwait, etc.). Try again after pressing "Sync" in the Authenticator settings.

3. If you have deleted the Google Authenticator application or changed the device, please create a request under the Google 2FA (Authenticator) Revocation heading.

If you can access your DyorEX account, you can remove it yourself by going to Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Verification > Disable.
