You can use the TL Deposit panel in the Wallet menu to deposit Turkish Lira into your DyorEX account.

Steps

• On the screen that opens, select the TL Deposit button.

• The following screen will appear, containing the information you will use for bank transfer/EFT transactions. You can view other bank information by swiping left on the screen below.

• Recipient Account Name and IBAN information are the information you will use in your money transfer/EFT transaction via internet banking.

• It would be best to make your transfers through individual, current TL accounts registered in your name. You can send via EFT from any bank with an account registered in your name.

• DyorEX Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi should be written in the Buyer/Title section as displayed on the notification screen.
• If you cannot write the whole thing due to the letter limit, DyorEX Teknoloji A.Ş. You can write.
• Apart from these two options, transfers sent with different, incorrect, or incomplete recipient names are rejected by the bank and returned to the sender's account, with a return transaction fee charged.

• Check the IBAN information shown to you for your deposit each time you make a new Turkish Lira deposit, and only send it to the IBAN specified on the TL deposit screen.

• Remittance refers to TL transfer transactions between the same bank accounts. On the other hand, EFT is TL-transfer transactions between accounts belonging to different banks.

• While money transfer transactions can be carried out 24/7, EFT transactions can only be made during the working hours of the banks.

• If you have an Akbank, Ziraat Bank, Vakıfbank, Garanti Bank, or Halk Bank account registered in your name, you can make your TL deposits and withdrawals 24/7.

• Since the transfers you will make through different banks will be subject to EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) rules, the bank will process your order on the first business day following your order. For this reason, out of bank working hours, on weekends and public holidays, EFT sendings are processed on the first working day when banks start working.

• On the Turkish Lira Deposit screen, if the bank is shown to you for sending is the same as the bank you are working with, and if you can transfer, you can deposit TL 7/24 to your DyorEX account.

• If the transfers you have made with the FAST system are made from your demand TL account registered in your name and reach us, it will be reflected in your DyorEX account.

Important: In extraordinary situations such as slowness and malfunctions in banks' systems, transfers may take longer to be reflected in your accounts, regardless of DyorEX.

Make sure you do not make the following mistakes to avoid disruptions in your Turkish Lira deposit transactions. TL shipments that do not comply with the rules will be returned within five working days.

1-You can only send from your bank accounts. Transfers that are inconsistent between the bank account holder and the DyorEX account holder will be refunded.

2- DyorEX Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi or DyorEX Teknoloji A.Ş should be written in the receiver name/title part. Except for these two options, the submissions made with the wrong title information will be returned.

3-Transfers made using ATM (with/without card) are returned as it is impossible to confirm the sender's information.

4- Transfers made from the bank branch counters are returned because the sender's IBAN information is unavailable.

5-Submissions made through company accounts are returned.

6-Submissions made through a common (used by more than one person) bank account are returned.

7-You have to carry out your transactions only through your individual, current, Turkish Lira accounts.

8-There is no minimum deposit amount. You can deposit any amount you want.

9-The amount you sent will be automatically reflected in your account by the system after the controls.

You can use the Turkish Lira panel in the Wallet menu to withdraw your Turkish Lira balance from your account. 

On the screen that opens, select the TL Withdrawal tab. It is sufficient to write the IBAN you want your transfer to be made and the amount you wish to withdraw into the relevant form and send it. If you want to withdraw your entire balance, you can click on the plus sign to the right of the TL to be sent line and have your full credit automatically written to the mount line.

When you click on the IBAN line, you can save a new IBAN by selecting the plus button on the screen that opens. Write down your IBAN information, without any spaces, with the phrase TR and a total of 26 digits.

-You can make your TL withdrawal transactions 24/7 to Ziraat Bank, Vakıfbank, Türkiye İş Bankası, Garanti Bankası or Halk Bankası accounts registered in your name.

-If your transaction is EFT (Transfer Between Different Banks), TL is not sent after working hours.

-In the case of EFT, transfers created out of working hours are carried out on the following working day and when banks start EFT transactions.

-According to the FAST (Instant and Continuous Transfer of Funds) rules, your interbank TL withdrawal transactions up to 2000 TL are realized 24/7.

-Transfers are made only to the individual; current Turkish Lira accounts are registered in your name. The recipient field is filled using the name and surname information you specified in your DyorEX membership. Transfer requests to a different person's bank account will not be processed and returned by the bank.

-Withdrawal requests are automatically tracked and executed in a sequence. Therefore, you do not need to make a separate notification after creating a withdrawal request.

-The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 TL. The amount you place a withdrawal order will be deducted from your available balance. In case of cancellation of your withdrawal request, it will be reflected in your reusable balance.

You can deposit TL 7/24 by transferring to our Akbank, Ziraat Bank, Vakıfbank, Türkiye İş Bankası, Garanti Bankası or Halk Bankası accounts outside of working hours and on weekends.

If the transfers you have made with the FAST system are made from your individual demand TL account registered in your name and reach us, it will be automatically reflected in your DyorEX account.

EFT transactions, on the other hand, refer to TL transfer transactions between accounts belonging to different banks. While money transfer transactions can be carried out 24/7, EFT transactions can only be carried out during the working hours of the banks.

Sends made via EFT outside of the bank's working hours are processed on the first working day when the banks start working.

Shipments made via EFT on weekends and public holidays are processed on the first business day when banks start working.

IMPORTANT: Send only from individual, current, TL accounts opened in your name.

If you have an Akbank, Ziraat Bank, Vakıfbank, Türkiye İş Bankası, Garanti Bankası or Halk Bankası account registered in your name, you can make your TL deposits and withdrawals 24/7.

If your transaction is EFT (Transfer Between Different Banks), TL is not sent after working hours.

According to the FAST (Instant and Continuous Transfer of Funds) rules, your interbank TL withdrawal transactions up to 2000 TL are realized 24/7.

Working hours of banks may vary. TL withdrawal requests opened as of 16.29, taking into account the intensity of the delivery time and EFT end times, are met on the first business day when the banks start working.

Saturday-Sunday and public holidays are non-working days.

Requests opened during working hours are met within a few minutes.

 If your Turkish Lira withdrawal request, which you submit after the bank's working hours, is EFT, it will be queued to be executed on the next business day.

Due to the functioning of the banking system in Turkey, EFT transactions are closed outside of bank working hours.

IMPORTANT :

You can only make withdrawals to individual, demand and TL accounts opened in your own name.

You can cancel your requests that have not been approved yet by using the cancel buttons. In this case, the amount you requested will be added to your reusable balance.

Submissions made following the rules specified on the Turkish Lira deposit screen are automatically reflected in your accounts. Therefore, after depositing Turkish Lira, you do not need to make an additional notification that you are sending.

Transfers made by money order are processed as soon as possible after your transfer, depending on the density, while those made by EFT are processed during the working hours of the banks.

If the transfer you have made has not been reflected in your account despite the times mentioned above, check whether you have made a transaction following the TL deposit rules specified on the relevant screens.

Incorrect shipments made in violation of the Turkish Lira deposit transaction rules cannot be transferred to your DyorEX account. They will be returned to the sender within five working days.

In the following cases, your submissions will not be processed and returned.

• Sends made through a bank account of a different person that does not match the user account.

• DyorEX Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi or DyorEX Teknoloji A.Ş. unwritten submissions

• Transmissions made using Bank Branches and ATM (banking machine)

• Shipments made via credit card

• Sends made via a common bank account (used by multiple people)

• Submissions made through the company account

In extraordinary situations, such as slowness and malfunctions in banks' systems, transfers may take longer to be reflected in your accounts, regardless of DyorEX.

Refunds are made for shipments against TL deposit rules.

In order not to experience any disruptions in your Turkish Lira deposits, make sure that you do not make any mistakes in the following issues in your future submissions. TL shipments that do not comply with the rules will be returned within five working days.

• You can only send from your bank accounts. Transfers that are inconsistent between the bank account holder and the DyorEX account holder are refunded.

• DyorEX Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi or DyorEX Teknoloji A.Ş. should be written in the recipient name/title section. Submissions made with the wrong recipient name information are returned.

• Transfers made using ATM (with/without card) are returned because it is impossible to confirm the sender's information.

• Transfers made via credit card are returned because there is no sender IBAN information.

• Transfers made from bank branch counters are returned because there is no sender IBAN information.

• Submissions made through company accounts are returned.

• Submissions made through a common (used by more than one person) bank account are returned.

• You need to carry out your transactions only through your individual, current, Turkish Lira accounts.

Transfers that do not comply with the Turkish Lira deposit rules are returned to the sender's account within five working days at the latest, deducting the return shipping fee. Returns are carried out in a row as soon as possible.

Shipments made in violation of the Turkish Lira deposit transaction rules cannot be transferred to your DyorEX account and will be returned within five working days. If you have sent money via Credit Card, after logging in as a DyorEX member, click on the Help page Request Support link and select the Turkish Lira Deposit, Withdrawal and Return Transactions title to create a request describing the situation. Your request will be returned as soon as possible.

Shipments made in violation of the Turkish Lira deposit transaction rules cannot be transferred to your DyorEX account and will be returned within five working days.

If you have sent money via ATM (banking machine), create a request describing the situation by clicking on the Request Support link on the Help page and selecting the Turkish Lira Deposit, Withdrawal, and Refund Transactions title after you have logged in as a DyorEX member. Your request will be returned as soon as possible.

Shipments made in violation of the Turkish Lira deposit transaction rules cannot be transferred to your DyorEX account and will be returned within five working days.

If you have sent money through a Joint Bank Account, after logging in as a DyorEX member, click the Request Support link on the Help page and select the Turkish Lira Deposit, Withdrawal and Refund Transactions title to create a request describing the situation. Your request will be returned as soon as possible.

Shipments made in violation of the Turkish Lira deposit transaction rules cannot be transferred to your DyorEX account and will be returned within five working days.

Your request will be returned as soon as possible.

You can make withdrawals to your Akbank, Ziraat Bank, Vakıfbank, Türkiye İş Bankası, Garanti Bank or Halk Bank accounts 24/7, including on weekends.

Except for the banks mentioned above, TL withdrawal requests of different banks, created outside of working hours, on weekends, and public holidays, are made when banking EFT transactions start on the first business day following the banks' working hours.

TL withdrawal requests made in violation of the Turkish Lira Withdrawal transaction rules cannot be transferred to your bank account.

* Withdrawal request to a different name than the name on the DyorEX user account,

* Request for withdrawal to a time deposit account,

* Withdrawal request to foreign currency account,

* Withdrawal request to a closed account,

* The membership name is not specified as in the identity card.

* Surname/name change due to marriage and similar reasons

If you have requested a withdrawal to a bank account with a different name than the one in the DyorEX user account, click the Request Support link on the Help page after you have logged in as a DyorEX member. Create a request describing the situation by selecting Turkish Lira Deposit, Withdrawal and Refund Transactions. Your request will be returned as soon as possible.

If you have requested a withdrawal to a timed bank account, after logging in as a DyorEX member, click the Help page Request Support link and select the Turkish Lira Deposit, Withdrawal and Refund Transactions title to create a request describing the situation. Your request will be returned as soon as possible.

If you have requested a withdrawal to your foreign currency account, after you have logged in to your DyorEX member, click the Request Support link on the Help page and select the Turkish Lira Deposit, Withdrawal and Return Transactions title to create a request describing the situation.
