Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit into your DyorEX account. To deposit Bitcoin to your DyorEX account, select Bitcoin from the Wallet menu. Then, let's click on the deposit tab in the chosen cryptocurrency. We continue our operations through the tab that opens. You can copy your address by scanning the QR code or pressing the address copy button.

Your investment address must be written correctly when sending BTC to your DyorEX account. It is recommended that you double-check the accuracy of the wallet address in all your transfer transactions. Errors caused by incorrect address writing cannot be tracked, and erroneous transactions cannot be reversed. You can copy your address by scanning the QR code or pressing the copy address button.

When you make a BTC transfer to your account, you can get information about the confirmation status of your transfer from the My Transfers section in the Wallet menu.

When your transfer receives two confirmations by miners in the blockchain infrastructure, it will be automatically reflected in your DyorEX account.

IMPORTANT:

1-Displayed addresses are defined for you, and balances are automatically added to your DyorEX account.

2- Does not transfer any crypto money other than BTC to this address. Otherwise, tracking will not be possible.

3-You can use these addresses defined for you to receive any payment.

Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw from your DyorEX account. Bitcoin withdrawal refers to the process of withdrawing Bitcoin from your Bitcoin account in DyorEX to another location. You can perform your transaction through the Bitcoin panel in the Wallet menu.

On the screen that opens, select the BTC CHECK tab. In the Recipient Address section, add the wallet address you want to send BTC. After entering the amount of BTC you wish to withdraw in the Amount, You Want to Withdraw (BTC) section, click the Bitcoin Withdraw button. If you want to withdraw your entire balance, you can press the (+ ) icon.

After checking the correctness of your withdrawal transaction's address and amount information and pressing the Confirm button, 2-step verification will be activated.

If you are using Google 2FA, you can start your process by entering the one-time confirmation password generated in your 2FA mobile application in the relevant field and then entering the confirmation code sent to your e-mail address on the screen that opens.

If you use the SMS method for 2-step verification, a security message will be sent to your mobile phone after clicking the Confirm button. This message has been sent for you to verify the withdrawal transaction information. After checking the address and amount information of your withdrawal transaction and making sure it is correct, you can start your transaction by entering the withdrawal confirmation code specified in the SMS content and then enter the confirmation code sent to your e-mail address on the screen that opens.

As long as you do not complete the withdrawal confirmation processes, you can cancel your BTC withdrawal request and create a new withdrawal request.

After you initiate your BTC withdrawal request, the miner approval process will begin on the block network. In the History tab of the Wallet menu, you can follow the status of your transfer on the web by clicking the link with the TX code of your BTC withdrawal transaction. 

The confirmation time and the delivery time of your transfer to the counter wallet are independent of DyorEX and vary according to the network's density. Please note that requests made in this direction cannot be responded to as DyorEX can expedite no transfer.

If you have a BTC withdrawal request for which you cannot see the TX ID on the My Transfers screen for more than 30 minutes despite completing all the transaction steps and giving approval, don't hesitate to contact our support team using the "Request Support" link.

Cryptocurrency confirmations are not affiliated with DyorEX. Confirmation processes in crypto money transfers are made by miners in the block network. The approval process may vary depending on the density of the block network and the transfer fee paid. Crypto money transfers to your DyorEX account are automatically reflected in your account when it receives sufficient approval on the block network. The SMS is to inform you that there is a crypto money transfer to your account. 

You can follow the approval process of the crypto money transfer to your account from the My History panel under the 'Deposit/Withdraw' menu. The transfer with the words 'Unconfirmed Transaction' 'Confirmations 0' or 'Unconfirmed' has not yet received miner approval and has not been transferred to the receiving address. At this stage, there is no action we can take as the transfer of the transfer has not yet been completed. 

If there is a transfer that has not been reflected in your DyorEX account even though it has received sufficient approval, you can request support by sending the TX ID code of the transfer. Even if the transfers are delayed, approvals are received and transferred to the receiving address. Even a few hours delay is nothing to worry about.

In order for a crypto money transfer to take place, it must receive a certain number of blockchain approvals in the blockchain. Block network transfer approvals are given by miners in mining cryptocurrencies and by block network administrators in non-mining cryptocurrencies. The approval period may vary depending on the block network density and the sender's transfer fee. The confirmation period for cryptocurrency deposits to DyorEX is independent of DyorEX.

For crypto money transfers to DyorEX, the minimum number of confirmations required in the block network for the crypto money to be reflected in the user's DyorEX account are as follows:
